Step: An individual workflow node.
Contact: A person communicating with a bot.
External User: A user record from a connected external platform.
Account Link: A verified relationship between a Contact and an External User.
Connection: A configured channel or external integration.
Template: A reusable message, flow, bot or configuration.
Installation: An installed copy of a Bot Store template.
Publisher: A person or company publishing Bot Store products.
Execution: One run of a workflow.
Environment: Development, Test or Production.
Secret: An encrypted credential or sensitive value.
Locale: A language and regional formatting combination.
